THE ART CLUB

The invitation art club started in 2001 with 15 very talented pupils from Grade 5 to Grade 7. The pupils have shown artistic talent and have no outside guidance. This opportunity has now been extended to pupils in Grade 3 and 4

Together they explore different mediums with great success.They have painted in watercolours and acrylics, and have produced beautiful work in pastels and pencil crayon. A few examples of the pupils' work was displayed at the Pinetown Girls High School and we were commended on the high standard of the work.

We hope that our talented pupils will continue to extend their talents once they leave Atholl Heights and move on to High School
